New 2022 Crop! This delightful organic extra virgin olive oil is monocultivare, unique origin (Kritsa, Crete) and is extracted at cold temperatures ranging from 18 to 22 Celsius (64 to 72 Fahrenheit). Its acidity is remarkably low at 0.3%.
